1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using BTC Wallet Monitor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

BTC Wallet Monitor is a read-only Bitcoin wallet monitoring tool. It allows users to track public Bitcoin addresses, view balances, and receive transaction notifications. The App retrieves data from public blockchain APIs (Blockstream, Mempool.space) and price data from CoinGecko.

3. Not a Wallet — No Financial Advice

The App is not a Bitcoin wallet. It does not store, send, or receive Bitcoin. It does not manage private keys or seed phrases. The App is a monitoring tool only.

The information displayed by the App (balances, transactions, prices) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should not make financial decisions based solely on the information provided by this App.

4. Accuracy of Data

The App relies on third-party public APIs to retrieve blockchain and price data. While we strive to display accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown. Specifically:

• Balances and transactions depend on the availability and accuracy of Blockstream and Mempool.space APIs
• Bitcoin price data depends on CoinGecko and may be delayed up to 5 minutes
• Network congestion or API outages may temporarily affect data availability

5. Tor Routing

The App supports optional Tor routing via the third-party app Orbot. We are not affiliated with the Tor Project or Orbot. Tor routing is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee anonymity or privacy when using Tor, and users should understand the limitations of Tor network routing.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you only monitor Bitcoin addresses you are authorized to monitor
• Keeping your device secure to protect locally stored data
• Understanding that public Bitcoin addresses and their transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain
• Any consequences of exporting or sharing your wallet list

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the third-party APIs the App relies on

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Financial losses resulting from inaccurate data displayed by the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device
• Damages resulting from third-party API failures or changes

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the third-party services the App depends on.

11. Purchases and Refunds

The App is available as a paid download on Google Play. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not process payments directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
